The visit included an extensive tour of the Faculty of Nursing laboratories, during which the delegation reviewed the nursing skills labs, simulation labs, and women’s and child health labs. During the meeting, mechanisms for enhancing international cooperation between the two sides were discussed, including clinical training programs and academic exchange, in addition to exploring employment opportunities for students and graduates of the Faculty of Nursing within the German labor market. Both sides also discussed European labor market requirements and ways to align graduates’ skills with these requirements to ensure a high level of professional readiness.

Professor Dr. Raefa Refaat Allam emphasized that openness to international cooperation represents a key pillar in developing the quality of nursing education and preparing graduates capable of global competitiveness.
